The Bildungsakademie Inn-Salzach is located on the grounds of the chemical park and is the central training and continuing education center of the GENDORF Chemical Park. 20 trainers and 300 freelance lecturers ensure in campus style that vocational experts from near and far have the technical know-how and can continue to develop their skills.
The physical proximity and the in-depth collaboration between companies and the training academy ensure that theory and practice are closely linked. This works so well that employees from many other companies in the region conduct their training and continuing education at the Bildungsakademie Inn-Salzach.
